Bali is a huge island, from Kuta to Ubud it may take you more than an hour, as a newbie in town you want to see a little bit of everything, in order to see a little bit of everything in such a short time, you need to understand the island very well and strategize your visit, 5 days is definitely a short amount of time to spend in Bali, that’s probably the only island I have been too, that I would say that 5 days is way too short, but we got do what we got do, with the time we have.
Day one we wanted to keep it simple, so we decided to head to finns beach club in jimbaran, a hard decision to make, since Bali is full of beach clubs, I saw so many pictures online about finns beach club and I wasn’t disappointed when I got there, the scenario, the food, the vibe, it was just so relax and enjoyable, later on we end up in jimbaran fish Market since is in the same area, again the scenario, the music, the food, but keep in mind that if you want to eat lobster you better have some coins in your wallet, to be honest I am not even a fan of lobster, but the guy kept insisting saying that it’s the most famous food in the fish market, and its extremely tasty and so on ,so we choose the smallest one and gave it a try, in the end the flavor was just ok and we left pretty broke, but we learn the lesson, ask for the price before ordering it.

In our second day, we headed to Ubud, the hype, mystical area in Bali, there is just so much personality and good vibe to Ubud, its definitely a must visit in Bali, specially if you are a first time visitor, thanks to my friend who literally pushed me to go there, because of the Ubud market, definitely one of the best shopping experiences ever, we walked around the area, found Warung warung a very cozy and tasty little restaurant, and ended up our Ubud visit in the rice fields, I wish that I had more time to explore Ubud, I just loved the hype of that place, it spoke so much to my soul.
Day 3 we decided to do beach activities, so we booked a couple of beach activities in the hotel, and the next day morning they drove us to Nusa dusa beach, we did sea walk and a couple of others activities, than we stopped on the way and the tour guide/driver, took us to a traditional Balinese restaurant, that wasn’t good and the service was awful,(I think they have a deal with those restaurants to bring in tourists, so if that happens to you, just refuse politely and go somewhere else) than we headed to the other side of the island to swim with the dolphins, this was one of the best experiences of my life, I got to hug pluto, play with him(pluto is the name of the dolphin), it was extremely fun and relaxing.

Day 4 we went to the Tanah lot temple in uluwatu, it was raining but we still did enjoy the visit, than Mister wayan(my friend lovely driver) took us to coffee luwak, was so nice so peaceful, relaxing, at the moment it was just us in there, we got to try all the unimaginable flavors of coffee, from sweet potato to coconut, they also have a small shop inside where we bought some coffee to bring back home, than we went to the blue point beach in Uluwatu, the view was breathtaking and the cocktails too.

The last day we started by chilling in our hotel in Legian, chilled at the pool, we rented a bike and went around this side of the island, had some massage, manicure, than we headed to jimbaran again to visit the famous rock bar, one of the most popular bars in Bali, in Ayana resort, if you want to get a table you need to get there a bit earlier, later on we went back to Legian and ended up our day chilling in Bali beach clubs, like cocoon beach club or potato head beach club(probably my favorite), to be honest Bali is my dream island there’s beach clubs everywhere, one more stunning than the other, with the best house music, its hard to decide which one is the best.

That’s how My Bali trip ended, chilling in Bali at night changing from one beach bar to the other with a motorbike, with new and old friends.
Its funny how things seems much more meaningful and beautiful as you look back, thankful for the adventures I experienced on this trip and thankful for all of those who made my trip amazing.
