Cafe Zarah

Start your day by having a breakfast/brunch in café zarah in Gulou Dajie neighborhood, Café Zarah serves great quality western, homey food, the workers are so lovely, and on top of that it couldn’t be located in a better area.
 
Tip numbe1: Don’t go shouting waiter waiter or fuwuyuan that means waiter in Chinese, that’s one of their rules, their workers are nice and friendly, you can just raise your hand smile and they will come to you, and I love it, keep your workers happy and respected than your business will follow the same path.

Gulou Dajie

 
 Than head out to Gulou dajie, this area is famous because of its cute shops, food and bars, you will find almost anything in Gulou dajie, there’s many hutong areas around, hutong is basically a traditional Chinese architecture type, like the ones on the pictures, its very unique, beautiful with lots of things to do, eat and try.

Tiananmen Square

A visit to Beijing is not complete without a visit to the Tiananmen Square, one of the biggest squares in the World, its crazy, busy, full of people it doesn’t really matter what time of the year, but in the end you still need to visit, Because its China, if you decided to come you already know that this is the most populous Country on the Planet, you can just walk along the square take your picture with Chairman Mao portrait or you can also visit the forbidden City.

The National Centre for the Performing Arts

Than head to the National Centre for the performing arts, that is just 2 steps from Tiananmen square, you will walk less than 10 minutes to get there, and if you have time, go inside and check the architecture, its so beautiful, they have many performances through the year and most of the time its affordable.

Dadong Roast Duck Restaurant

End up the night with some Beijing Duck in Dadong roast duck restaurant in wangfujing, is not far from Tiananmen, its one of the tastiest, famous and super busy Roast Duck restaurants in Beijing, you can book a table 2,3 days in advance or try to be there by 5 pm so you wont wait on the line for a long amount of time. The Duck is so good, Its divine, ’’trust me, I am obsessed with Beijing duck way too much, and the presentation is so pleasing to the eyes.

End up with some great cocktails in Revolution bar,this cozy bar is located on the hearth of the bustling lively sanlitum,they have a very cool concept,with Posters of the revolution and Charmain Mao all over, and the cocktails are so creative.
