Our time in Osaka was short but sweet, we only had 24 hours in this peaceful city and we needed to make the best of what we had even if it was just one day.
So we started our day on the Momofuku ando instant ramen museum, we just had one day in Osaka, we didn’t wanted to spend too much money on the Universal Studios and we didn’t had time anyways, but in 24 hours you need to be efficient with your time and choose the most relevant things to you, and for us the momofuku ando instant ramen museum was one of them.
The amount of Ramen cups displayed was incredible!
The museum was very nice, it was so relaxing, many schools do take the kids there for a visit, we can buy our own ramen cup, pain and design it, than we choose our ramen flavor, they close it for us, put it on a bag and we can take it home, we also can buy ramen on the ramen machines available on site, there was all kinds of flavor’s available, I ate a curry one, it was delicious and interesting.
I was searching for Colorful Mochi balls for the whole time, but i was in Japan on the fall and they are famous on spring, but i finally could find them in a random subway station in Osaka, they look so cute, but to be honest,it didn't enjoy it that much, but i was curious to try it for the longest time :)
Later on we headed to Dotonbori, it’s a cool hype central are in Osaka, where you can find shops, restaurants, street food, and the famous Japanese cheese cake, that are more fluffy in texture and are a Osaka specialty, and Rikuro’s cheesecake is one of the most famous one, so don’t forget to grab your cheesecake from Rikuro’s cheesecake because they are warm, yummy and fluffy:)
Probably one of the most famous pictures you will find online from Osaka!
Finally we had to try the famous Takoyaki (friend octopus balls), it was so good,i would go back to Osaka to just eat them again, there were so many Takoyaki stalls along Dotonbori,we just went to the one with the longest waiting line but it was totally worth the wait.
Osaka was peaceful,Interesting,traditional and yummy!
